I was blown away by the level of service at this hotel when they went above and beyond to help me find my lost ID card, ensuring my stay was stress-free. the ironing facilities were top-notch, making it easy for me to look sharp for my business meetings. the heating was so efficient and cozy, creating a homely atmosphere that made me never want to leave. the dining table was perfect for enjoying meals with friends, and the garden furniture allowed us to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the stunning views. the free toiletries added a luxurious touch, and having a washing machine available was incredibly convenient. the well-equipped kitchen with ample cookware and utensils made it a breeze to prepare delicious meals, and the electric kettle was a lifesaver for my morning cup of tea. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during our downtime, and the proximity to popular dining options like McDonald's and Morrisons Supermarket Cafe was a bonus. I can't recommend this hotel enough - it truly exceeded all my expectations and made my stay in Fort William unforgettable.
